Behind the scenes: what’s happening whilst we’re closed

While we prepare to move into our new home in the centre of Bath, we are setting up a charity to help us realise our vision. The charity will be an independent organisation with a board of trustees. Visit our support us page to find out more.

The Collection is currently being stored at heritage glove makers Dents in Warminster. The Fashion Museum team, in partnership with others, are embarking on exciting new research into the collection to inform the new Museum approach and displays. We will continue to loan objects from the Collection to exhibitions worldwide whilst the museum is closed.

We are developing a pre-opening programme of talks and events.
